Blacknave is a digital-product business accessible via blacknave.com. By using this website or subscribing to any of our products, you agree to these terms.

A subscription that grants access to our full library of interactive web tools. Our products run entirely in your browser. If you create an account, your progress is synced automatically to our servers so it's available across your devices. Basic analytics (page views, no personal identifiers) are collected via Vercel Analytics.

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use our products for your own fitness training, personal financial analysis, and educational purposes.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use the products to create a competing offering
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape the interactive tools

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Because access is granted immediately on activation, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a subscription has started. If something is broken or doesn't work as described, email us and we'll fix it within 24 hours.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page — access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.

Data retention and deletion: Your progress data is retained in our database after cancellation so that it is available if you resubscribe. If you want your account and all data permanently deleted, email help@blacknave.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days of your confirmed request.

Our tools help you think clearly about your own training and finances. They are not personalised financial advice, medical advice, or coaching. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant investment or health decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacknave's total liability for any claim arising out of the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms when our products or practices change. Material changes will be announced on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blacknave is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
